Job description5–7 years of experience in product or growth marketing , preferably in digital-first or consumer tech businesses. Proven track record in CRM, lifecycle marketing, retention, and acquisition . Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in marketing automation tools and analytics platforms. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute CRM marketing campaigns to enhance user engagement and retention.
- Drive acquisition and growth initiatives across digital and offline channels.
- Partner with product, growth, and analytics teams to design customer journeys and improve conversion funnels.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI and customer LTV.
- Build strong value propositions and communication strategies for new product launches.
