Global Program Manager Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our regional programs across various international locations.
This position requires someone with exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills. You will work closely with regional leaders to ensure alignment with our corporate strategy and report directly to our Director.
Main Responsibilities :
- Leadership :
- Reports to the Director and collaborates closely with global and regional leadership to drive culture and strategy.
- Strategy and Policy :
- Collaborates with leadership to define and refine our global strategy.
- Translates global goals into regionally relevant policies and practices.
- Stays informed on international best practices, laws, and cultural norms to ensure compliance and relevance.
- Program Design & Implementation :
- Manages international programs, initiatives, and interventions across multiple locations.
- Oversees employee resource groups (ERGs) / affinity networks globally.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication :
- Serves as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leadership across geographies.
- Engages with local teams, country managers, and regional leaders to understand needs and barriers.
- Develops internal communications to raise awareness, celebrate progress, and build buy-in.
- Measurement & Evaluation :
- Defines goals and outcomes to track progress globally, including representation, inclusion, and engagement metrics.
- Tracks outcomes and metrics in alignment with our overarching strategy.
- Uses qualitative and quantitative data to inform program improvements and leadership reporting.
- Change Management & Culture Building :
- Promotes a culture of belonging aligned with our core values.
- Organizes and supports listening sessions, ensuring international regions are included and arranging special sessions as needed.
- Analyzes feedback with regional leads to develop appropriate follow-up actions.
- Operational & Budget Management :
- Develops and manages budgets for international initiatives.
- Manages vendor and partner relationships.
- Oversees logistics for global events, training, travel, and other operational needs.
- Continuous Learning & Innovation :
- Stays updated on theory, research, and global trends.
- Pilots new approaches and scales successful initiatives.
- Shares learnings across regions and encourages cross-region collaboration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Fosters strategic alignment with the Talent Acquisition team to support inclusive hiring practices.
- Collaborates with the Global Employee Experience team to ensure development and retention practices are aligned with regional programs.
