About Us :

Mendu Herbs is a fast-growing e-commerce brand selling natural energy supplements

(Shilajit) across UK and European markets. We're scaling our paid advertising and

need a performance marketing expert to own our TikTok and Meta strategy.

The Role :

You'll manage our entire paid social advertising across TikTok, Google and Meta. Your focus : maximize ROAS, minimize CPA, and scale profitably.

Key Responsibilities :

✅ Design and execute TOFU / MOFU / BOFU marketing funnel strategy

✅ Set up, manage, and optimize TikTok, Google and Meta campaigns

✅ A / B test creatives, audiences, and messaging

✅ Daily monitoring and budget optimization (scale winners, cut losers)

✅ Weekly reporting with ROI analysis and recommendations

✅ Manage separate campaigns for UK and NL regions with different budgets and currencies

What We're Looking For :

• Experience running paid social ads for e-commerce / DTC brands
• Proven track record scaling budgets profitably (ROAS 2.5+)
• Deep understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys
• Strong analytical skills (ROAS, CPA, CTR optimization)
• Experience with multi-regional ad accounts
• Supplement / health brands experience is a plus
• Shopify familiarity is a plus
