About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled and performance-driven Media Buyer / Campaign Manager with proven expertise in running and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep analytical skills, a creative mindset, and a strong understanding of ROI-based campaign strategies within the EduTech domain .
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Manage budgets, bid strategies, and ad placements effectively.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to align ad creatives with campaign goals.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform policies, and competitor strategies.
- Manage lead flow, tracking, and performance through CRM and analytics tools.
- A / B test creatives, audiences, and campaign approaches to maximize conversions.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in paid media buying & campaign management.Proven track record of handling lead-generation campaigns (preferably EduTech).Strong analytical and reporting skills (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).Knowledge of SEO, retargeting, and conversion optimization will be an added advantage.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Immediate joiners will be given high priority .Perks & Benefits :
