JOB DESCRIPTION :

Position Title : UI Designer

Experience : 4 Years to 7 Years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Hire Type : Full Time, On-site

Start Date : Immediate

Required Experience and Skills :

  • 5–8 years of professional experience in UI / UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects.
  • 2–3 years of experience specifically in data visualization design, dashboard creation, or analytics product interfaces.
  • Proven experience working in Agile / Scrum product development environments.
  • Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering and data teams to implement complex interactive UI elements and charts.
  • Exposure to designing for multi-platform environments (web, tablet, and mobile).
  • Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design.
  • Ability to create design systems, reusable components, and style guides for large-scale applications.
  • Strong understanding of information hierarchy, visual balance, and user flow optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the end-to-end UI / UX design process — from concept, research, and wireframes to interactive prototypes and final design delivery.
  • Create and maintain design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides in Figma for consistency across all products.
  • Design intuitive and visually compelling data visualizations and dashboards, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of charting frameworks and libraries (e.g., D3.js or similar) to support interactive data storytelling.
  • Translate business goals and technical requirements into seamless, accessible, and high-performing interfaces.
  • Collaborate with data and engineering teams to ensure accurate integration and responsive rendering of charts and analytics components.
  • Utilize data analytics, user feedback, and behavioural insights to refine and optimize user experience continuously.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams in Agile / Scrum settings for iterative delivery.
  • Advocate for accessibility (WCAG standards) and inclusive design best practices.
  • Mentor junior designers, review their work, and help establish UI / UX best practices organization wide.
  • Ensure cross-platform design coherence for web, mobile, and tablet interfaces.
  • Stay updated on emerging UI / UX trends, AI-assisted design tools, and industry best practices.
