3-month Sales Development Internship
for enthusiastic individuals who want to learn the ropes of B2B sales, recruitment consulting, and market research.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Intern, you will do :
Market Research
Research and build prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, and other tools.
Identify decision-makers (Founders, CTOs, Hiring Managers, HR leaders) in target companies.
Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to support sales strategy.
Outreach Support
Draft and send LinkedIn connection requests and personalized messages.
Assist in writing cold emails and maintaining outreach sequences.
Follow up with prospects through LinkedIn, email, and calls under guidance.
Lead Management
Qualify prospects based on defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).
Update and maintain lead data in the CRM / spreadsheets.
Track outreach performance metrics and report weekly updates.
Collaboration
Work closely with founders and business development team to align outreach with overall goals.
Share feedback from prospects to improve sales messaging and positioning.
Learning Exposure
Get hands-on experience with modern sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot / CRM tools).
Learn how startups approach recruitment, consulting, and client acquisition.
Understand the basics of B2B sales funnel – from research to booking discovery calls.
Who Can Apply
Fresh graduates / final-year students (any stream – business, marketing, HR, engineering).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
Comfortable using LinkedIn and online research tools.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn sales.
Must be available to work onsite from our Pune office.
