Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Engineer specializing in MERN, Python, and AI. The Senior Engineer will focus on designing and developing robust software solutions leveraging the MERN stack, Python-based frameworks, and Artificial Intelligence. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and efficient code, integrating AI models, optimizing system performance, and ensuring scalable architecture. The role also involves contributing to project strategy, troubleshooting issues, and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js)
• Proficiency in Python programming and its frameworks like Flask or Django
• Experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and deploying AI / ML models
• Skills in software architecture design, scalable system development, and integration
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and tools such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI / CD practices
• Strong problem-solving abilities and troubleshooting expertise
• Leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide junior developers
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for remote work environments
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
