Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with SSB teams to gather and analyze requirements for Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
• Configure, test, implement, and document changes to the Workfront platform.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
• Establish and reinforce access control governance, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
• Develop training materials and provide hands-on training for Workfront users.
• Troubleshoot post-launch issues, working closely with Workfront support for resolution.
• Perform ongoing updates and optimizations to Workfront configurations post-implementation.
