Job Description

Acquisition Management : Preparation & presentation of the acquisition business case as per standard project management process to the concerned approving authority, prepare & submit customer quotation based on approved bottom lines, negotiate and sign off contractapproved by management

Project Review & Escalation Management : Review and manage stake holders during acquisition phase and escalate project / customer specific topics to leadership team to seek appropriate interventions

KPI Management : Follow up / tracking of prices due to various factors (Forex, RMIetc)

Product change management activities (commercial clarification through sales manager), series support, ECR management, PLCM topics incl RACE prohibition

Monthly tracking of project budget, customer R+D billing etc.,

Sample coordination with ww manufacturing shop (technical version, ordering and tracking)

Quality And Audit Management : Contribute towards customer field issues, customer plant audits

Qualifications

BE - Mechanical / IP / Automobile with 3 5years of Experience in handling Customer Projects through Sales, Project Management, Development or Application

Leadership skills in negotiation, communication, presentation, should exhibit Agility

Proficient Project planning, risk management skills & self driven to perform under challenging budgets with quality and time focus

Competent Customer relationship management

Knowledge

Proficient in SAP, MS office tools, PPAP and APQP process

Advanced Knowledge of Diesel / alternative powertrain technologies, Engine Management System, Product development life cycle, Overview of Bosch product portfolio and new developments

Skills Required

Ms Office Tools, Ppap, Sap
