Job Description
Project Review & Escalation Management : Review and manage stake holders during acquisition phase and escalate project / customer specific topics to leadership team to seek appropriate interventions
KPI Management : Follow up / tracking of prices due to various factors (Forex, RMIetc)
Product change management activities (commercial clarification through sales manager), series support, ECR management, PLCM topics incl RACE prohibition
Sample coordination with ww manufacturing shop (technical version, ordering and tracking)
Quality And Audit Management : Contribute towards customer field issues, customer plant audits
Qualifications
BE - Mechanical / IP / Automobile with 3 5years of Experience in handling Customer Projects through Sales, Project Management, Development or Application
