Role Description
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for the company by engaging with potential customers, converting leads into sales, and building strong relationships with corporate clients. The position requires a motivated individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills to actively connect with prospects through phone calls, emails, and corporate outreach.
Your ability to understand customer needs, convey the value of our EdTech solutions, and close deals will be critical in achieving sales targets and contributing to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation and Outreach :
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, engage them in conversations, and identify potential leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products and services.
Lead Conversion :
Convert leads into paying customers by effectively communicating the value and benefits of the company’s EdTech offerings.Follow up with leads at various stages of the sales funnel and close deals within the expected timeline.Email Marketing :
Design and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and enhance engagement with potential clients.Monitor email performance metrics and optimize campaigns for better conversion rates.Corporate Calling :
Conduct cold and warm calls to corporate clients to pitch products and services tailored to their needs.Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate stakeholders and decision-makers.Customer Relationship Management (CRM) :
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead progress, and sales performance in the CRM system.Track and analyze sales data to report key insights and areas for improvement.Achieving Targets :
Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.Collaborative Contribution :
Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with organizational objectives.Provide feedback from customers to improve product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction.Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Marketing, Business, or related fields).0–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in email marketing and cold calling strategies.Persuasion and negotiation skills.A results-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections effectively.Preferred Qualifications :
