Graphic Designer – Internship / Full-Time

Location : Hybrid (📍 Mumbai Residents Only )

Stipend / CTC : Based on skill, speed & output

💪 Who We Are Looking For :

  • You are based in Mumbai and available for in-person collabs and shoot-related work.
  • You live for grids, gradients, and getting the layout just right.
  • You obsess over bold visual storytelling , scroll-stopping carousels, ad creatives, and brand kits.
  • You’re not afraid to take ownership — you bring ideas , not just designs.
  • You’re hunting for a place to build your portfolio with powerful work — and leave a mark.

    • 🎯 What You’ll Do :

  • Design carousels, social media posts, ad creatives, packaging, and brand collateral.
  • Create scroll-stopping static & animated creatives (bonus if you know motion!).
  • Build visual identities for brands — you won’t just “execute,” you’ll conceptualize .
  • Collaborate with content, video, and strategy teams to create high-conversion assets.
  • Attend shoots, creative brainstorms, and client strategy sessions as required.

    • 🧠 You Should Know :

  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) / Figma / Canva Pro
  • Typography, layout, grids, colors, and basic branding theory
  • Visual storytelling, CTA hierarchy, and creative psychology
  • Trend spotting and adapting design to GenZ, corporate, or luxury aesthetics

    • 🕒 Work Culture :

  • No micromanagement — just accountability and ownership
  • Flexible hours, but full commitment
  • Work-from-home + On-ground shoots or collab sessions (1–2 days / week minimum)
  • Constant growth, strong feedback loops, and creative mentorship

    • 🚨 Interns :

  • 3-month minimum
  • Stipend : ₹8K – ₹12K based on output
  • Strong interns will be hired full-time
  • You’ll be treated like a full-time designer from Day 1
