Job descriptionDesign, define, and oversee enterprise-level data architecture frameworks that enable robust, scalable, and efficient data ecosystems. Ensure alignment between data strategy and business objectives. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, ML, Cloud Data Platforms, etc.). Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders and strategic partners. Serve as a trusted advisor for clients on data transformation, governance, and modernization initiatives. Lead business presentations, proposals, and solution demonstrations to win new clients. Contribute to defining and refining product offerings based on client needs and market insights. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market (GTM) plans and delivery excellence. Analyze market trends and competitor positioning to inform product direction. Lead and mentor teams of data architects, sales leaders, and business consultants. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and performance. Drive cross-functional alignment between sales, delivery, and product teams. Proven track record in enterprise data architecture , sales leadership , and revenue generation . Strong understanding of data management frameworks , cloud ecosystems , and digital transformation . Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to blend technical insight and business foresight . Experience defining data-driven solutions and leading high-impact client engagements. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a Tier 1 Institution (IIT, IIM, ISB, XLRI, or equivalent). Minimum 18 years of professional experience in IT services, consulting, or data-driven technology roles. Prior experience with Big 4 consulting firms or leading IT services organizations preferred.
