Dozers Creative Studios is ready for its next chapter — and we’re hiring a  Senior Video Editor  who can  lead a team, build systems, and deliver premium edits consistently.

This is NOT a junior role!

We need someone with  3–5+ years of hard editing experience , strong creative instincts, and the ability to mentor young editors.

Someone who can  take pressure, give direction, and handle the creative backbone of the studio.

Your Responsibilities :

• Lead the entire editing team
• Review junior editors & interns, train them, grow them
• Handle premium edits (client films, brand stories, campaigns)
• Advanced editing in  Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve
• Motion graphics & compositing in  After Effects
• Integrate  AI tools  into the editing workflow (Adobe Sensei, Runway, etc.)
• Maintain quality control & ensure deadlines
• Work directly with Fenn to build Dozers Post-Production system

Salary : Based on expertise, speed & leadership ability (premium bracket)
