About the Role :

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community (Experience) Cloud, to lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical architecture skills with hands-on configuration and integration experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, excellent communication skills, and experience working in an agile, enterprise environment preferably in a B2B or multi-cloud context.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Design :

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce-based enterprise solutions.
• Design scalable, high-performance solutions leveraging Sales, Service, and Community Clouds, and optionally Marketing or CPQ modules.
• Develop data models, integration blueprints, and security frameworks ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance standards.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical solution designs and configuration blueprints.
• Define reusable architecture patterns, integration strategies, and deployment standards.
