About the Role :
We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community (Experience) Cloud, to lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical architecture skills with hands-on configuration and integration experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
The role requires cross-functional leadership, excellent communication skills, and experience working in an agile, enterprise environment preferably in a B2B or multi-cloud context.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Architecture & Design :
- Lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce-based enterprise solutions.
- Design scalable, high-performance solutions leveraging Sales, Service, and Community Clouds, and optionally Marketing or CPQ modules.
- Develop data models, integration blueprints, and security frameworks ensuring alignment with business processes and compliance standards.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical solution designs and configuration blueprints.
- Define reusable architecture patterns, integration strategies, and deployment standards.
Technical Leadership :
Serve as the Salesforce SME and technical advisor for multiple project teams working under a shared architecture vision.Review and validate design and code deliverables from developers and consultants.Drive technical governance, enforce coding best practices, and ensure alignment with Salesforce reference architecture and best practices.Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and integration architects across regions and time zones.Integration & Data Management :
Design and oversee integration of Salesforce with external systems (ERP, data lakes, identity providers, marketing tools) using REST / SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar middleware.Lead data migration strategy including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from legacy systems.Ensure robust data security, sharing rules, and compliance with enterprise standards (GDPR, SOC2, etc.Implementation Oversight :
Guide implementation teams through build, testing, deployment, and release management phases.Provide hands-on assistance during key development sprints, UAT, and go-live activities.Conduct performance tuning, scalability testing, and security validations.Lead troubleshooting and resolution of critical system or integration issues.Required Skills & Experience :
12+ years of total IT experience, with at least 8+ years in Salesforce ecosystem.Proven track record as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Lead Developer delivering multi-cloud implementations.Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud (Communities).Hands-on proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL / SOSL, and Flows.Experience with Salesforce Integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, Platform Events).Knowledge of Salesforce Data Architecture, Governor Limits, and Security Model.Experience with B2B domain implementations (Partner Communities, Opportunity & Quote management, Account hierarchies).Proficiency in DevOps / CI-CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Bitbucket pipelines.Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems like SAP, Azure, AWS, or legacy databases.Strong understanding of Salesforce Shield, OAuth, and SSO / SAML configurations.Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.Certifications (Highly Preferred) :
