Description :

We are seeking a talented and motivated SAP UI5 Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing web applications built on SAP UI5 and related technologies. You will work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and backend developers to deliver modern, responsive, and high-performing applications that improve user experience and operational efficiency across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain Fiori-like web applications using SAP UI5, OpenUI5, and SAP Fiori elements.
Integration & Services : Implement and consume RESTful Web Services, OData services, and APIs to integrate front-end applications with SAP and non-SAP systems.
Front-End Technologies : Utilize modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery to build responsive, intuitive, and high-quality user interfaces.
Enhancements & Support : Develop custom enhancements for existing SAP Fiori applications and ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Architecture & Design : Contribute to software architecture discussions and ensure adherence to enterprise design standards and best practices.
Collaboration : Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, SAP backend developers (ABAP, Gateway), and project managers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Quality Assurance : Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Continuous Learning : Stay updated with emerging SAP technologies, participate in knowledge-sharing sessions, and recommend new tools or methodologies that improve productivity.

Qualifications & Experience :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (BA / BE / BTech), or a related field.

47 years of hands-on experience in SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori application development.

Strong understanding of OData services, REST APIs, and backend integration with SAP Gateway.

Experience with Eclipse, Web IDE, or Business Application Studio (BAS) for UI5 development.

Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform (SCP), SAP BTP, or S / 4HANA environments is a plus.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours as required by project needs.

Preferred Skills :

Knowledge of UI / UX design principles and experience working with designers.

Understanding of Version Control Systems (e.g., Git) and CI / CD pipelines.

Exposure to TypeScript, Node.js, or Angular / React frameworks is an advantage.

Certification in SAP Fiori / UI5 development preferred but not mandatory.
