We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Executive / Sales Manager with strong expertise in real estate sales , client handling, and property closing. The ideal candidate should be confident, target-oriented, and skilled in managing premium clients and site visits.
π Key Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
Handle incoming leads from various sources and convert them into successful sales.
Conduct property presentations, client meetings, and site visits.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients to achieve closures.
Client Relationship Management
Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options.
Build long-term relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Provide a professional, customer-focused experience throughout the sales cycle.
Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate records.
Market Research & Coordination
Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, pricing, and inventory.
Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Admin, Marketing) for smooth sales operations.
Support documentation and registration processes as required.
