We're seeking a product leader to drive our mission of blending technology, culture, and devotion.Job Location : Bhopal, Madhya PradeshBudget : Up to 30 LPA + ESOPsRole Overview : As the Product Manager, you will take complete ownership of the Durlabh Darshan platform. You will define the product vision, lead execution, and drive growth in a high-impact role shaping the future of spiritual tech.Key Responsibilities : Own Product Strategy & Execution : Define and manage the product roadmap from concept to launch. Utilize user data and market analysis to guide product decisions and ensure a strong product-market fit.Drive User & Revenue Growth : Develop and execute product-led and go-to-market strategies to acquire and engage users, directly impacting revenue targets.Lead Cross-Functional Teams : Guide engineering, design, and content teams to deliver high-quality product releases on time.Champion the Product Vision : Act as the primary product evangelist, aligning all internal and external stakeholders with the product strategy and progress.Qualifications & Skills : Pedigree : Degree from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, NITs, IIMs, etc.).5+ years in product management role. 2+ years in an OTT, E-commerce, or content-driven platform is mandatory.Proven track record of managing a product's full lifecycle.Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.Good to Have : Experience in a 0-to-1 startup environment.Passion for emerging technologies like AR / VR.Technical know-how, with some past experience as a developer.Experience leveraging AI to increase productivity and enhance product features.Someone who has worked on B2C applicationWorked on the growth of an user-friendly mobile applicationWorked for an application and convert the reach / downloads in millions
