The Sous Chef will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in kitchen management, menu planning, and ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. Day-to-day tasks include supervising kitchen staff, overseeing food inventory, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene. The Sous Chef will also collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and create new dishes that align with TPC's unique culinary vision.QualificationsKitchen Management, Food Inventory, and Menu Planning skillsProficient in European and Continental cuisineProficiency in Food Preparation, Food Presentation, and maintaining Hygiene StandardsSupervisory Experience and ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staffStrong Communication and Time Management skillsCulinary creativity and a passion for innovative cuisineCulinary Arts degree or relevant certificationExperience in a high-end or boutique hospitality environment is a plusSalary - 35000 to 45000 (depending on skill & experience)
