API automation testing

Job Title : API Tester

qodex.ai is an AI powered API testing and security platform. We are looking for a detail oriented and logically strong API Tester to work closely with our product and engineering teams.

Role Overview

You will test REST and GraphQL APIs, verify request response flows, check payload accuracy, validate authentication, identify bugs, and ensure consistency across different API scenarios. You will also review auto generated test cases, debug issues, and report findings clearly.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of APIs, endpoints, methods, JSON structures, headers, query params
• Ability to test end to end flows and identify edge cases
• Experience with Postman, Swagger, or similar API tools
• Understanding of authentication flows
• Ability to reproduce bugs, document findings clearly, and communicate logically
• Comfortable working with fast changing API environments
