Job description

We are now opening up an AI Engineer role designed for passionate builders who want to apply modern AI tooling to solve deep-rooted challenges in fintech operations. This program is part of our commitment to infusing fresh minds, energetic thinking, and non-linear problem-solving into our core team.

Responsibilities :

Automating complex, repetitive workflows using AI agents.
Building internal copilots for operations, compliance, and customer teams.
Parsing and interpreting financial documents using Gen AI.
Integrating LLMs to augment decisions across loan servicing, KYC, audit, risk flagging, etc.
Creating internal AI apps to optimize time, accuracy, and cost across fintech ops.

Requirements :

Curious to rethink operational problems through an AI-first lens.

Comfort working hands-on with Gen AI tools and data pipelines.

Clarity in communication and speed in prototyping.

Desire to grow into a full-time engineering or product role.

LLMs and Foundation Models - OpenAI, Claude, Cohere, HuggingFace.

Agentic Frameworks - LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel.

Build and Serve AI Apps - Streamlit, FastAPI, Docker, Gradio.

Cloud and MLOps - AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, Step Functions, LangServe.
