About the Role :

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced .NET Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing Delivery, Methods & Tools team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our technical application development team, responsible for building and delivering enterprise IT solutions that drive consistency, quality, and efficiency for our internal stakeholders.

This is a hands-on position where you'll be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining applications built on Microsoft technology to support our US Member firm. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high quality, impactful software.

Key Responsibilities :

Software Development : Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable, and secure applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
Full-Stack Development : Take ownership of both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration and a cohesive user experience.
Technical Leadership : Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
Project Lifecycle Management : Participate in the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Agile Collaboration : Actively participate in an Agile / Scrum environment, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Problem-Solving : Troubleshoot and debug complex application issues, providing timely and effective

solutions.

Client Engagement : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : 6- 10 years of professional experience in application development, support, or maintenance.

Education : Bachelor's degree (BE / B.Tech) in Computer Science or Information Technology, MCA, or M.Sc. in Computer Science.

Technical Expertise :

Back-End : Strong proficiency in ASP.NET and C#.

Front-End : Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern front-end framework like React or Angular.

Database : Solid experience with SQL Server, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and schema design.

Cloud : Practical experience with Microsoft Azure services.

Methodology : Must have experience with at least two full software development life cycles.

Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications :

Agile Experience : 2+ years of experience working within an Agile / Scrum methodology.

Delivery Model : Exposure to an onshore-offshore delivery model.

Global Collaboration : Experience working in a global environment with multiple development sites across various time zones.
