Finance & Accounts Associate

About Us :

Abhijith Preman & Co. LLP is a boutique Chartered Accountancy firm specialising in Virtual CFO services, startup advisory, and financial consulting. As part of our internal growth, we are seeking a Finance Lead to manage and oversee our internal finance operations.

Role Overview :

This is a non-client-facing, internal support role responsible for maintaining and monitoring the financial records and processes of the firm. The candidate will directly work with the firm's leadership and support strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting in Zoho Books

Managing cash flow, vendor payments, and fund planning

Monitoring and following up on Accounts receivable

Preparing and presenting MIS reports and internal dashboards

Assisting in business planning, budgeting, and financial analytics

Ensuring timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings

Coordinating with auditors, bankers, and external consultants when required

Required Qualifications & Skills :

Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance & Accounts

Proficiency in Zoho Books (hands-on working knowledge is mandatory)

CA Inter qualified or Postgraduate degree (M.Com / MBA Finance)

Prior experience in a CA firm or consulting environment preferred

Strong command over numbers, financial accuracy, and attention to detail

Demonstrated integrity, confidentiality, and reliability
