Job descriptionCoordinate vehicle allocation and scheduling to meet operational targets. 5+ years of experience in warehouse / operations, preferably in F&V handling. Willing to work in night shifts. Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational software. Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to adapt to rotational or flexible shift schedules. High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
Role Overview
The Executive - Shift will supervise warehouse and operational activities during assigned shifts, ensuring accurate inventory reconciliation, optimal manpower and vehicle utilization and consistent vendor performance to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile system inventory with physical stock and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Plan and allocate manpower efficiently;
track productivity and implement improvements.
