About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Client's growing marketing team in Pune, India.
This is a hybrid role — ideal for someone passionate about crafting compelling digital experiences, driving online engagement, and supporting global marketing initiatives across paid media, SEO, web, and CRM platforms.
You’ll play a key role in enhancing our online presence, executing multi-channel campaigns, and driving lead generation through data-driven digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be involved in a variety of exciting marketing activities, including :
Campaigns & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Manage SEO / SEM strategies, including keyword optimization, AI search impact analysis, and performance tracking.
- Own end-to-end management of email marketing campaigns via Pardot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Web & Content Management
Update and maintain website content using Liferay (basic HTML knowledge a plus — training provided).Collaborate with developers and content teams to improve SEO and digital engagement.Create and edit marketing copy for web pages, campaigns, and partner portals.Analytics & Reporting
Generate actionable insights from Google Analytics, Ads performance, and CRM data.Track campaign KPIs, monitor conversion trends, and recommend optimizations.Report on digital channel effectiveness against team and business goals.Collaboration & Support
Support global marketing events, including landing pages, email campaigns, and event logistics.Manage CRM updates, tagging, and segmentation in Pardot / Salesforce.Coordinate with sales, design, and leadership teams to ensure message consistency.Market & Competitor Insights
Conduct regular market and competitor analysis, tracking digital trends and partner activities.Identify opportunities for improved positioning and campaign differentiation.Creative Support
Contribute to video production, content creation, and event promotions.Assist in managing partner portals and related digital assets.What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or communications.Strong knowledge of social media management, paid media, and SEO / SEM.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and campaign tracking.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).Excellent written communication, copywriting, and proof-reading skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing reporting tools.Strong organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.Nice-to-Have / Advantageous
Experience in B2B marketing, especially in technology or recruitment sectors.Exposure to Asana, Drupal, ZoomInfo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Knowledge of video content creation and digital event promotion.Interest in emerging technologies, AI tools, and the evolving digital marketing landscape.Why Join Us?
