KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Engineering and Operations expertise needed in Ping Identity suite (PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping Directory and PingID). Specifically, duties include :
- Work with various application teams for application integration
- Respond to real-time monitoring and alerting performance events.
- Perform initial Incident and / or Problem determination from alerts including equipment problems, system software problems, certificate problems and application integrations.
- Take the appropriate, predefined recovery actions for the various operational events including engaging external teams for Resolution.
- Update authentication certificates with applications as needed.
- Provide multi-factor authentication (MFA) support for end users the Service Desk is unable to solve.
- Provide metrics related to authentication platform health and ITIL processes performed.
- Provide feedback on authentication platform design for improvement of Ping SSO suite from support perspective.
- Excellent customer service capability and attitude provided to other technology stakeholders.
- Contribute to technical documentation supporting the evaluation, selection, installation, and maintenance of SSO and MFA security technology systems.
- Provide support on areas of Identity & Access Management security technology, including Application security, security architecture, policy enforcement, directory, platform security and security frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS services, Entra ID, Azure AD (O365), Azure federated third-party identities and implementing Conditional Access Policies for MFA (Preferred but not must).

2-4 years of experience working in SSO products, preferably Ping Identity suite of products.Clear understanding of Industry standard SSO protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth, OIDC.Good understanding and experience of working on UNIX platform, SDLC process, ITIL process, Agile methodology.Experience in Incident Management and Production change management.Excellent oral, verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in a large and global team, open to learning new technologies, quickly adapt to change.Certification on Ping Federate / Ping Directory / AWS is preferred.Computer Science / MCA graduates will be preferred.ID-DELAA02
