Capture & Proposal Writer (Fresher Role | India)

Morjim Consulting is expanding its team! We’re looking for a Fresher Capture & Proposal Writer who’s eager to start a career in business development, capture management, and proposal writing for both Indian and U.S. Government clients .

What You’ll Do :

✍️ Support the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and capability statements

🔍 Conduct research on opportunities, clients, and competitors

🧩 Assist in developing compliant, persuasive proposal content

🤝 Coordinate with capture and proposal teams across time zones

What We’re Looking For :

🔹 Excellent written and verbal communication skills

🔹 Strong research and analytical abilities

🔹 Willingness to learn U.S. and Indian government procurement processes

🔹 Attention to detail and deadline orientation

Work Details :

📍 Location : India (Remote)

⏰ Shift Timing : 4 PM – 12 AM IST (U.S. Shift)

💼 Type : Full-time
