KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment Delivery
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technology roles (cloud, full stack, cybersecurity, application management, DevOps, etc.)
- Drive strategic sourcing using advanced Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and referral channels
- Own screening, technical evaluation alignment, and stakeholder engagement for assigned requisitions
- Ensure quality pipeline delivery aligned to hiring SLAs and business demand
Stakeholder & Business Engagement
Act as a strategic advisor to tech hiring managersFacilitate structured intake meetings and calibrate expectationsShare market maps, talent insights, and pipeline analytics with business teamsCandidate Experience & Branding
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience across all touchpointsChampion tech EVP through sourcing campaigns and eventsLiaise with employer branding on niche tech outreach and engagementCompliance & Reporting
Maintain accurate data on ATSTrack KPIs including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer conversion ratio, etc.REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
3–6 years of experience in full-cycle tech recruitment, preferably in a high-growth or enterprise tech setupHands-on experience with tech hiring tools, ATS, and sourcing platformsStrong understanding of modern tech stacks and hiring trendsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skillsBEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
