We are looking for a Fraud and Risk Management Analyst to support our banking client in monitoring and verifying customer transactions. The role involves identifying unusual account activities, contacting customers for validation, and taking timely preventive actions to minimize potential fraud risks.
This position is ideal for fresh graduates with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in the banking and financial risk domain .
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and review customer transactions to identify suspicious or out-of-pattern activities.
- Contact bank customers to verify unusual transactions and take appropriate actions as per standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to flag and escalate potential fraudulent cases.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, verifications, and case outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and data privacy standards.
- Work in a 24 / 7 rotational shift environment, including weekends and holidays (as required).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, or any related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24 / 7 environment).Preferred Attributes
