Compensation : INR 25,000-45,000 mo. (take-home)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts.

Work on design briefs / outlines shared by the content team or clients.

Create a wide range of visual content, including social media graphics, ad banners, blog post graphics, web banners, infographics, presentations, ebooks, posters, and emails.

Develop, evolve, and maintain a consistent look and feel across all visual assets.

Collaborate with our team to ensure design consistency and quality.

Required Skillsets :

Conceptual / visualization ability and originality.

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and UI / UX design principles.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Professionalism regarding time, deadlines, and constructive criticism.

A portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience.

Knowledge of design trends and aesthetics

Nice to have :

Understanding of branding and visual identity.

Familiarity with UI / UX design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.

Basic knowledge of video editing software like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro.
