Job descriptionLead, mentor, and manage a team of ~10 TA recruiters, ensuring high performance and productivity.Manage TA candidate tracker and open position tracker across multiple clients and projects.Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring demands within IT services (AMC, deputation, infrastructure, project-based hiring, etc.).Partner with business stakeholders and delivery managers to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality of hire.Drive volume, niche, and leadership hiring as per business needs.Manage vendor partners, job portals, and recruitment agencies for sourcing.Implement innovative sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, etc.).Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.Prepare and present weekly / monthly recruitment dashboards and hiring status reports to management.Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and client SLAs.Drive continuous improvements in TA processes, tools, and technology adoption (ATS / HRMS).Oversee offer management, candidate engagement, and onboarding coordination.Build and maintain strong employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the IT services sector.
