We are looking for a skilled and proactive Finance & Accounts Associate to support our financial operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Job Description :

We seek a dynamic Finance & Accounts Associate to handle our firm’s financial activities. This role involves various responsibilities, including managing invoices, cash flow, bookkeeping, compliance filings, and generating MIS reports to assist with financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate accurate client invoices and ensure timely submission.
  • Oversee fund follow-ups, ensuring prompt payment collection by liaising with Team Leads.
  • Manage cash flow efficiently to support smooth financial operations.
  • Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Prepare and file all necessary compliance documents and reports.
  • Generate daily financial reports for internal use and management decision-making.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly MIS reports.
  • Assist with financial analysis and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications :

  • MBA in Finance, M.Com, or CA Inter qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance and accounts.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in financial services or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Salary :

    Up to 3.00 LPA, based on qualifications, experience, and performance during the interview.
