Job descriptionProvide timely and effective technical support to customers regarding board design, software integration, and performance. Engage with customer service and engineering teams to gather customer requirements and deliver robust solutions. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, block diagrams, user manuals, FAQs, and application notes. Interface with software teams to ensure smooth integration between hardware and software. Understand and assist in debugging hardware-related software issues. Support validation and bring-up activities by running test scripts or developing basic utilities. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and methodologies in board and system design. Participate in design reviews and propose enhancements for quality and efficiency. Document learnings and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline. 2–4 years of hands-on experience in : Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design tools (e.g., OrCAD, Altium, PADS ). Understanding of analog / digital circuit design principles. Hands-on experience with lab tools such as oscilloscopes , logic analyzers , multimeters , etc. Ability to debug and isolate hardware / software interface issues. Basic programming knowledge in Python and C / C++ added added advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude. Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes. Experience in embedded systems or IoT hardware. Familiarity with Microcontrollers and / or Microprocessors. Exposure to low-power and / or high-speed board designs. Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Application Engineer (Hardware) with 2–4 years of experience in electronic board design, hardware / software integration, and customer support. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and testing of electronic boards and collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities1. Board Design & Development
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of electronic circuit boards.
- Support schematic capture, PCB layout, BOM creation, and assembly.
- Collaborate with engineering teams for component selection and design optimization with respect to performance, cost, and reliability.
- Participate in power measurement activities and board bring-up efforts.
