Recently, we introduced a smaller clinic format under the brand name “Sugar – Apollo Clinics for Diabetes,” partnering with renowned doctors to extend our care model to a broader audience. We currently operate over 90 clinics.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinic Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the clinic's budget, and maintaining effective communication with staff and patients. The role also involves coordinating with medical professionals, training staff, and implementing operational policies and procedures to enhance clinic performance and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management
• Background in Medicine or healthcare management
• Ability to train and mentor staff
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience managing a clinic or healthcare facility is preferred
