Job descriptionHands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing fundamentals. Familiarity with keyword tools (semrush, Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner). Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets for analytics and reporting. Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teamwork. Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities. 1–1.5 years of relevant experience in an agency or digital-first setup. A detail-oriented multitasker who can manage campaigns and client deliverables efficiently. Eager to experiment, learn, and grow in the fast-evolving digital ecosystem. Passionate about marketing, metrics, and making brands matter online. Work with top-tier brands across industries in a creatively charged environment. Exposure to integrated communication projects — from strategy to storytelling. A flat, collaborative culture that values both data and imagination. Fast learning curve with opportunities for upskilling and growth.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who understands both data and design — someone who can strategize, optimize, and amplify. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of analytical thinking, platform know-how, and creative curiosity to drive measurable results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms — Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze ad performance, including CTRs, CPCs, conversions, and ROAS, to generate actionable insights.
- SEO & SEM Support : Assist in keyword research, on-page / off-page optimization, and improving organic reach.
- Social Media Strategy : Collaborate with the creative team to ideate, plan, and schedule content that aligns with campaign objectives.
- Email & Automation : Support in planning and executing email marketing and remarketing strategies.
- Reporting : Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting performance metrics and growth opportunities.
- Trendspotting : Stay up to date with digital trends, platform updates, and new advertising opportunities.
