About this Position To lead and manage the end-to-end logistics and customer service operations for the HCB India business, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and efficient distribution of finished goods across the country. The role ensures that customer satisfaction, service level performance, and supply chain efficiency are optimized while maintaining compliance and driving continuous improvement.
What You´ll Do
Logistics Management
- Design and manage the national distribution strategy (Primary & Secondary).
- Lead 3PL / 4PL partners for transportation and warehousing operations.
- Optimize transportation costs, route planning, and turnaround time.
- Ensure 100% compliance with statutory, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Monitor OTIF, cost per case / kg, vehicle utilization, and other key KPIs.
- Implement TMS / WMS for automation, visibility, and real-time tracking.
Warehousing & Inventory Control
Manage inventory accuracy with 3PL / 4PL warehousing partners.Ensure hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance at all warehouse locations.Customer Service Management
Lead the national CS team across Distributor, Modern Trade, E-Commerce & Institutional channels.Ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and customer complaint resolution.Improve Fill Rate, Order Accuracy, Lead Time & OTIF.Conduct service performance reviews with key customers.Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with Sales, Demand Planning, MT / ECOM / QCOM, Finance & Manufacturing to ensure supply continuity.Align dispatch plans with production schedules and new product launches.Cost & Performance Management
Manage logistics & customer service budgets. Drive cost optimization initiatives while enhancing service performance.Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and analytics for leadership.Strategic & Continuous Improvement
