Role Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our New Product Development (NPD) team. The candidate will support the Corporate Chef in developing new food products and refining existing ones, with a focus on both Indian and Continental cuisines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in creating and testing new recipes aligned with market trends and consumer needs.
- Standardize recipes and ensure they are scalable for commercial production.
- Conduct kitchen trials and document cooking processes for consistency and quality.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance in all NPD activities.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams for ingredient feasibility.
- Contribute to sensory evaluation, costing, and shelf-life trials.
- Stay updated on culinary trends in Indian and Continental cuisines.
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management.Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Chef (preferably in hotel kitchens, QSRs, or food production units).Expertise in both Indian and Continental cooking techniques.Knowledge of recipe standardization and industrial food production is preferred.Strong communication and documentation skills.Creative, detail-oriented, and a team player.What We Offer :
