Delegate Acquisition Manager Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Delegate Acquisition Manager to lead sales outreach and drive delegate attendance for our Hotel Guest Experience Forums across India, the Middle East, Europe, and the UK.
This is a dynamic role that requires a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, international events environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our network of hospitality executives and ensuring high-quality participation at our regional and global forums.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales & Outreach :
- Identify, approach, and secure delegates from hotels, travel brands, and technology providers.
- Manage outbound campaigns via email, phone, and other channels to attract senior decision-makers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly delegate acquisition targets.
- Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitality professionals and key partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for delegates, providing excellent customer experience before and after events.
- Event Coordination & Support :
- Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to align delegate outreach with campaign timelines.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and delegate databases.
- Support the delivery of regional and virtual events when required.
- Market Expansion :
- Research new market opportunities and contribute to regional growth strategies.
- Provide feedback and insights on market trends and client needs to improve event offerings.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Proven experience in delegate acquisition, conference sales, or event management.Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools.A goal-oriented and proactive approach to achieving targets.Background in hospitality, events, or B2B sales is highly desirable.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Ability to work independently and remotely across time zones.Benefits :
