We’re hiring a HEAD CHEF (a.k.a. Head of Post-Production)

(We call our post-production kitchen, because that’s where we cook)

Someone who can think like an Executive Director , build like an Operator , and lead like a Visionary .

Someone who can scale our kitchen , not just run it.

So, who the hell are we?

We’re a-tom - a content-first creative studio that’s building the most exciting work in the country right now (Zomato, Amazon Prime, ITC, Paytm, you name it).

And we’re also building ChopShopLab - a next-gen, tech-enabled, AI-powered post-production platform.

You’ll be leading both .

This is not a gig. This is co-building a beast .

What we’re looking for : You’ve led post-production teams before. Big ones. High pressure. Fast turnaround.

You’ve got a mad taste in films - from social content to 30-sec ads to long-format.

You love using AI tools and automations to save time and scale quality.

You know what makes creative people tick - and you can manage them with clarity + empathy.

You’ve been around the block in advertising, branded content, maybe even OTT or features .

Bonus if you’re a director too. Massive bonus.

What you’ll do : Build and lead the entire post-production team at a-tom. (aka our “Kitchen”)

Set creative benchmarks and raise the bar every damn day

Streamline processes, manage deadlines, keep the chaos sexy

Scale ChopShopLab into a beast that can edit for India and beyond
