Senior Solution Architect

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end design and implementation of enterprise software. This role is a perfect fit for an experienced professional with a strong development background who can provide thought leadership and technical guidance to both internal teams and customers. You will work on a hybrid model, with quarterly visits to our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design : Lead the end-to-end design of enterprise software implementations, focusing on business impact and value . You will collaborate with other senior solution architects to define overall frameworks and standards and ensure solutions meet requirements for scalability and performance.
• Technical Development : Write custom scripts, APIs , and middleware solutions . You will also create and provide data migration requirements and break down high-level objectives and user stories into specific development tasks.
• Mentorship & Coaching : Mentor and coach solution architects and other team members, providing guidance and training to development teams.
• Project Management & Quality : Act as a Scrum master to monitor projects and ensure quality assurance and QMS compliance . You will also conduct peer code reviews, perform unit and integration testing, and maintain programming documentation.
• Problem-Solving & Analysis : Analyze, debug, and solve complex technical issues and customer escalations. You will also create feasibility analyses and provide accurate effort estimates.
