Junior Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities :

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods / tools.

Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.

Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Take the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements :

Fresh graduate with a degree in BCA, BSC-IT, BE Computer and related fields.

Experience 6month

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Candidate must be from Gujarat.
