Position description :
This position is a part of our Business Creation Process, where the incumbent will be working on generating new leads & dealing with the existing customers. We are seeking for a hard working and a sincere candidate having good communication skills, is a team player and has the ability to build relationships.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Generate leads by connecting with customers through various channels like cold calling, social media, HPC platforms, past database and online mapping
- Promote Galaxy’s offerings by having an in depth understanding of the portfolio & propose a value buy
- Create customized proposals and solutions that meet customer needs
- Maintain & nurture relationships with existing customers and identify upselling opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer discussions using Salesforce
- Provide regular reports & updates to the respective seniors
- Keep track of hygiene areas like receivables, quotations, contracts, etc
Educational qualifications preferred
Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or MSc ChemistryExperience : 3 to 7 yrsLocation : Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai
