Technical Manager- Audit Service Design & Delivery Expert

Job descriptionSupport audit scheduling, scoping, and resource allocation Review and approve audit reports ensuring completeness & accuracy Conduct onsite system / process / product audits when required Support auditor competency management, qualification, and training Bachelor’s degree in engineering 8+ years of experience in Quality, Technical Audits, or Service Development Minimum 3 years as Quality Manager and 3 years as Auditor Strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 2859, 9001, 14001, 45001, 19011) Experience in project management tools (PMP preferred) (Good to have) Solar industry experience — PV modules, cells, IEC 61215 / 61730 Quality management, QC / QA methodologies, auditing techniques Root-cause analysis, problem-solving, risk analysis Cross-functional project management Proficient in MS Office, AI tools (Co-pilot, ChatGPT, data analysis tools) Excellent communication skills; high ethics and professional integrity
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Manager-Audit Service Design & Delivery Expert who will lead new audit service development projects and support our Audit Service Line. This role involves designing and implementing new service offerings, managing cross-functional development activities, performing audits, reviewing audit reports, and coordinating auditor qualification & training programs.
Key Responsibilities
New Audit Service Development
- Lead kick-off meetings and drive end-to-end service development initiatives
- Create project files, collect inputs, analyze requirements & define deliverables
- Build inspection grids, specifications, SOPs, WIs, and training documentation
- Conduct risk analysis, testing, pilot qualification, and process validation
- Ensure on-time submission, review, approval & procurement coordination
- Train internal teams, support launches, and lead closing / project summary
- Manage escalations and ensure reporting of KPIs and project status
