Job Overview :

The Presales / Solution Engineer plays a key role in engaging with potential clients to understand their business needs and align solutions accordingly. This role involves conducting in-depth needs analysis, delivering tailored product demonstrations, and providing technical expertise throughout the sales process. Collaborating with product development, sales, and marketing teams is essential to ensure up-to-date knowledge of features and market trends. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and addressing customer inquiries are also critical responsibilities.
