Duties and responsibilities :

  • Handle B2C and B2B customer queries / issues / concerns / feedback / grievances over phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media
  • Handle WhatsApp Business communication via WhatsApp API tools
  • Convert queries / leads into orders
  • Coordinating with different marketplaces such as Amazon, Nykaa etc for promoting sales of the products
  • Multitask across multiple dashboards, including Shopify, email, WhatsApp, and CRMS
  • Manage customers queries in their preferred language i.e., English or Hindi
  • Communicate with a premium customer base in an efficient manner
  • Understand the category of tableware and home décor quickly
  • Help customers with technical & billing related queries
  • Coordinate with other teams to make sure customer' queries are resolved
  • Provide personalized product consultations, helping customers find the right fit based on their needs

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Excellent communication (English & Hindi) and negotiation skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience using customer service tools, Shopify, and CRM platforms
  • Should have good work ethics and calm attitude
  • Should be able to manage escalations and queries efficiently
