Role Description

The Founder's Office role at Invogue Shop is a full-time, on-site position located in South Delhi. The role involves working directly with the founder to manage strategic initiatives, coordinate projects across teams, and provide insights to improve business operations. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with decision-making, conducting research, analyzing data, preparing reports, and contributing to the brand's overall growth strategies. This role offers opportunities to work on diverse projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Work directly with the Founder on strategic, operational, and brand initiatives.

Drive cross-functional projects across marketing, operations, and product teams.

Research and analyze data to support decision-making and business planning.

Ensure projects, campaigns, and deliverables are on track — acting as the execution backbone.

Prepare reports, presentations, and insights for management discussions.

Identify process gaps and help build scalable systems for growth.

Handle confidential business information with discretion and reliability.

What We’re Looking For :

1–3 years of experience in business operations, consulting, marketing strategy, or similar roles (startup / D2C background preferred).

Exceptionally proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.

Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.

Someone who can think fast, act faster, and get things done.

Comfortable working directly with leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Slides.
