Position Title : Associate – Project Risk & Credit Solutions

Role Summary :

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our Project Finance & Risk Structuring team , focusing on risk mitigation strategies, credit enhancement mechanisms, and bankability improvements for large-scale infrastructure projects.

This role will involve designing and implementing solutions such as guarantees, insurance wraps, blended finance, securitisation, and innovative credit structures to attract investors and lenders into projects in AI data centres, clean energy, and sustainable infrastructure .

Key Tasks & Accountability :

Risk Mitigation and Structuring :

• Identify and analyze risks across project lifecycle (construction, operational, market, offtake, and regulatory risks) .
• Propose and structure credit enhancement mechanisms such as guarantees, insurance covers, liquidity facilities, or subordinated tranches.
• Understanding of all stakeholders involved in the entire process of issuance of instruments.
• Identify and analyse the potential risks associated with specific instruments issuance.

Credit Enhancement & Financial Structuring :

Education and Experience :

Domain expertise and qualifications include, but are not limited to :

MBA, CFA, or FRM preferred
