About the Role

We are seeking a BizTalk Developer to join our Supply Chain Systems (SCS) Global Integration team. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining integration processes across multiple global regions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft BizTalk, C#, SQL, and integration technologies with the ability to build scalable solutions and resolve system integration issues. The SCS Global Integration team currently manages ~850 processes in production across 6 regions worldwide. These processes handle data and document exchange between Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Financial, and Human Resource systems, operating across cloud platforms, third-party data centers, and on-premise environments.

Responsibilities

Develop integration processes using Microsoft BizTalk or custom C# libraries based on design specifications.

Enhance, troubleshoot, and support existing integration processes.

Collaborate with business analysts, team members, and business partners to research and resolve integration or data issues.

Support global operations by monitoring, error handling, and document resubmission when communication failures occur.

Implement secure data handling including encryption / decryption and file archiving.

Manage data transformations across multiple schemas.

Participate in root cause analysis and provide improvements for system reliability and performance.

Typical Tasks

Upload / download of files and documents.

File copy and archiving.

Extract / insert operations using databases.

Data encryption and decryption.

Transformation of documents between schemas.

Error handling, monitoring, and document resubmission.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
