Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram DMs
Call customers for RTO (Return to Origin) follow-ups and abandoned cart recovery
Assist in converting leads into successful sales
Ensure customer satisfaction with friendly yet professional support
Learn and apply sales & marketing strategies to boost store performance
Work with tools like Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Excel / Sheets, and CRM software (training provided)
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
Strong customer handling ability with patience & professionalism
Basic understanding of eCommerce, COD orders & shopping behavior
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset
Passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture is a big plus
