We’re hiring a Customer Support & Sales Executive who will manage customer queries, drive sales, and actively contribute to the growth of Jnorss—a Gen-Z streetwear label making waves in India.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and Instagram DMs

Call customers for RTO (Return to Origin) follow-ups and abandoned cart recovery

Assist in converting leads into successful sales

Ensure customer satisfaction with friendly yet professional support

Learn and apply sales & marketing strategies to boost store performance

Work with tools like Shopify, WhatsApp Business, Excel / Sheets, and CRM software (training provided)

What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)

Strong customer handling ability with patience & professionalism

Basic understanding of eCommerce, COD orders & shopping behavior

Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset

Passion for fashion, streetwear, and youth culture is a big plus

Job Type : Full-time

Location : In person (Noida, Delhi NCR)

Salary : 15000-20000 per month (Fixed + performance-based incentives)
