Python Automation Tester - TOSCA

Job descriptionExpertly utilize Tosca Commander and its core functionalities, including Modules, TestCases, Requirements, TestSheets, and ExecutionLists. Develop and maintain Tosca Modules, TestCases, and Test Data Management strategies. Optimize and maintain Tosca Test Suites to align with business and testing goals. Leverage Python scripting for advanced automation scenarios, custom integrations, or to enhance Tosca's capabilities where needed. Develop and maintain automation frameworks or utilities using Python to support Tosca-based automation. Support continuous integration and delivery (CI / CD) efforts by integrating automation into CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps). Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and test efficiency. Extensive experience (5+ years) in test automation, with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca. Proficiency in Python scripting for automation purposes. Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. Experience with UI automation (web and desktop) and API automation (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML). Familiarity with test management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment

Experience : 5+ Years in Automation Testing, with significant experience in Tricentis Tosca.

Test Automation Strategy & Design :
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca for functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective automation test scripts.
- Identify and prioritize test scenarios suitable for automation.
