1. Producinginvestment reports, producing periodic reports, analysis, reconciliations and returns to agreed formats within agreed deadlines

2. Daily monitoring of data quality

3. Responding to client queries

4. Managing client cash and asset transfers, managing fund transitions

5. Investigation and implementation of new funds / instruments

6. Handling audit queries

7. Client Relationship management

8. Continually monitoring and improving, where necessary, the processes, controls and procedures associated with the function

9. Implementing appropriate systems, processes, controls and procedures as a result of Regulatory, Organisational and Strategic changes impacting the function

10. Identifying client money and the risk of it arising and manage this (e.g., ensuring investment losses / client compensations are received by the fund / client within 24 hours of any amounts and calculations being authorised)

11. Reconciliations around POA renewals and Class Actions
